Planning & Material Selection: We finalize tile selections, fixture choices, vanity style, and flooring before scheduling the work. Materials are ordered with enough lead time so the project doesn’t stall waiting for product.

Demo: Existing materials are removed carefully and disposed of. We check substrate, framing, and plumbing conditions before any new material goes in. If we find issues, we address them at this stage.
